Learning Agreement Platform

In 2015, ESN joined the European Foundation for Higher Education (EUF) initiative, the Online Learning Agreement, which would develop a tool for students and universities that could be used online for the creation and signing of a learning agreement. In May 2017, the OLA was created to demonstrate the concept of experimentation and adoption of higher education institutions. The EUF has launched another project, OLA, which has added new features to the platform, such as apprenticeship agreements for internships and measuring user satisfaction. This result is achieved by a party to the agreement (preferably the student, see below) that introduces the agreement and notifies the other contracting parties. All three parties have access to the display and processing of the content of the agreement, as well as the addition of electronic signatures to the document. The free dream tool is a contribution from DreamApply to the student exchange community. In recent years, we have seen how digital learning agreements can significantly reduce the administrative burden and provide students with a quality mobility experience. In the past, the complexity of red tape has resulted in learning agreements not always being concluded before departure, as well as problems with ECTS recognition after students return home. It is the user`s responsibility to ensure that the other contracting parties with whom the agreement is shared are legitimate. If you have any doubts, please check the contractor`s emails. Students, in particular, should compare the e-mails of the sending and receiving coordinators with the well-known contact information of the international departments of the universities concerned. DreamApply is a modern software solution for student exchange and admissions management.

Currently, the DreamApply platform is home to about 150 university systems from 20 countries in Europe. DreamApply`s mission is to offer the best possible technical solutions to support higher education institutions and internationalization. More information: We are pleased to inform you that a new version of the online Learning Agreement platform has been launched! After a monumental development effort that has been the best part of the last 10 months, the OLA 3.0 is now available to the entire Erasmus community, which has been extensively rebuilt.
